May I order samples? Yes! We offer a free personalised wedding collection sample to every potential client who views our portfolio. Just contact us and make an appointment for Helen to bring our portfolio out to you. You can view our Wedding Collection and choose what you would like to see in the colour of your choice & your details on it. If you would like to order a sample without viewing our portfolio or would like more than one sample, we will happily provide them but regret there is a small charge levied to cover materials. Please allow 10 - 14 days for your sample to be made & despatched.How do I order? Please contact us (see bottom of this page for contact details) to make an appointment or to chat through your requirements.
What if I require more than I originally ordered? Not a problem - just contact us and as long as our schedule allows , we will make as many extra as you require for the same price per item as you originally paid ; we do not charge a premium for extras. Please note however that it is always worth ordering a few extra with your original order as we cannot guarantee an exact match in materials with subsequent orders.
Will you send me a proof? Absolutely! Proofs are emailed or posted out to you & we ask you to print them out, triple check them & sign and return them before we proceed with your order. We do not charge for 1st and 2nd proofs but regret there is a small charge levied if more than 2 proofs are required. This is cover our costs & ensures we can keep our prices down.
Is there a minimum order? No not at all .
Do you post orders? Yes we do all the time – so if you live a distance from us we will chat everything through & send you samples, proofs & lots of emails and finally securely ship your order to you not a problem.
